We do require a NON- Refundable Deposit. The deposit goes towards the cost of the puppy. The remaining amount is due AT PICKUP. Deposits are NON- Refundable. We CANNOT hold a puppy for more than an hour without a deposit.

Health Guarantee
Our babies do not go home unless we feel like they are ready to take on their new life! You have 48 hours to take the puppy to the vet. If the vet finds anything uncommon or uncurable, we will replace the puppy with one of equal or lesser value. If the replacement puppy is worth more than original puppy, the customer will be required to pay the difference. We will only replace the puppy if we and our vet agree that the case is uncommon or uncureable. Examples of puppy values can be provided.

We do scheduled pick ups on the Saturday after the babies turn 8 weeks old! Depending on where you are coming from, we can meet in Athens, Tyler, or Canton Texas. We will meet farther, but it is $1/mile ($100/100 mile minimum).
